Feedyard Self Assessment — Draft template of the NCBA Education Committee’s Feedyard Self–Assessment that will be rolled out in January 2009. (Not for public consumption at this time).

BQA Feedlot Self Assessment — This guide is written to help the individuals conducting a feedyard assessment complete the assessment and associated assessment forms accurately and efficiently. There are multiple variations of assessment forms available and the forms used depend upon the individual assessor and the operation being assessed. All forms have a common framework. This assessment will be ready for public consumption in Jan 2009.

Standard MT BQA Training Presentation — Standard BQA training course that can be used for meetings and programs by Agents. Feel free to initialize this for your county or region using whatever additional resources or information you deem appropriate for BQA in your area.

BQA Exam — Present version of the 25–Question BQA exam — with answers. Use this for hands–on trainings, for producers w/o Internet or other occasions when a hard-copy exam is appropriate. These exams can be mailed to Mo when completed by the producer. This is an "open book" exam and Agents are encouraged to use it as not only an exam but as an educational tool. The BQA exam changes frequently but past exams are valid for recertification. Watch the website for new versions.

Foot and Mouth Disease — Website with updated information on FMD as an animal health problem.

FMD Resources Handout —A listing of state and national resources — fact sheets and websites Agents can access to information on response plans, affected species, herd biosecurity and other FMD–related issues.

FMD Response Plan Review Project — A state–of–affairs, background information response plans and goals, and pros and cons of current national and international FMD control plans.
